How does a group card work?
Choose an occasion and theme, then preview the design. The organizer signs in and pays for a card before creating its signing link. Share that link with the group. Everyone adds their message, then you deliver the card together.
Do people need an account to sign?
Contributors can add written messages, photos and GIF links without an account or payment. The organizer needs an account to buy and manage the card.
When do I pay?
Designing and previewing is free. The organizer pays $9, plus applicable tax, before creating a Standard card's signing link. It is a one-time purchase for one card, not a subscription. Unused card credits do not expire.
What is included in a Standard card?
Up to 100 messages, 100 MB of photo uploads, up to 200 service-email attempts, scheduled delivery, slideshow, PDF download and 365 days online from creation. These limits apply to the whole card.
What happens after one year?
Download the card as a PDF before its 365-day hosting period ends. After expiry, the shared link closes and the card and its media are removed. Your downloaded copy remains yours.
Can I include a video?
Video is not available in the current offer. A Premium card is in preparation and remains disabled until release checks are complete.
Can I choose when the card arrives?
Yes. Set a delivery date or share the finished card yourself. Invitations, edit links, reminders and delivery use the card's service-email allowance. You can also share the signing link yourself.
